01

Stance & Starting Elbow Angle

Attach rope to top pulley. Stand with feet hip-width, torso leaned slightly forward 10°. Glue elbows tight to ribcage at 90° bend.

VECTOR CUE: Torso 10° forward • Elbows glued to sides • 90° starting bend
02

Downward Extension Drive

Drive the rope straight down by extending your elbows only. Do not let elbows drift forward or backward.

VECTOR CUE: Push straight down • Elbows remain anchored • Lock out arms
03

Rope Flare & Horseshoe Contraction

At full bottom lockout, spread the rope ends apart outward around your hips, turning palms toward floor for 1 second.

VECTOR CUE: Spread rope ends apart • 1-second horseshoe squeeze • Palms down
04

Controlled 2-Second Return
